Caregiver Onboarding events are an opportunity for Vidal Home Care to welcome new Caregivers to the team.
Caregivers learn about Vidal�s policies and procedures, and how to navigate the Vidal Caregiver app to connect and communicate with Care Recipients. The Onboarding events also offer a chance for Caregivers to get acquainted with the Vidal team, ask questions and meet one another.
Here are some highlights of our recent event:
All Caregivers are certified personal support workers, CPR and First Aid certified, have police and vulnerable sector checks and insured for general and professional liability. Most significantly, all�our Caregivers are individually interviewed, screened and vetted to ensure they are a good fit with the Vidal team.
