Book from your phone in about two minutes. Add language preference, and anything the Caregiver should know before arriving.

Step 2
We match a Caregiver
Caregivers are matched and shortlisted using AI based on availability, certifications, language, distance, the type of care requested, and overall fit. You see your matches upfront — photo, certifications, languages, and a short intro video Caregivers recorded themselves. Request one or multiple Caregivers. Every request also lands with a human Care Coordinator, so you’re never relying on technology alone. When needed, our team can step in to help with matching, coordination, scheduling, or other care needs.

Step 3
The visit, tracked in real time
Your Caregiver checks in when they arrive and checks out when they leave, from their phone. You see it happen. If plans change, message your Caregiver or your Care Coordinator right in the portal — no phone tag, and the whole thread is saved.

Care notes and continuity
After each visit you get a summary of what was done and anything the Caregiver flagged. Liked them? Simply request the same Caregiver again. Everything — visits, notes, receipts, messages — stays in your portal.

Billing
How billing works
No membership fees, no minimum commitment, no surprise invoices. You're charged after the visit, for the time actually worked.
- The hourly rate is locked in when the visit is booked — it never changes after the fact.
- Billing uses the Caregiver's real Check-In and Check-Out times, not the scheduled block.
- One-hour minimum per visit.
- If a visit is corrected — the Caregiver stayed longer, or you contest the times — the receipt is recalculated and any difference is charged or refunded automatically.
- Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and you pay nothing.
- An itemized receipt is emailed at the end of every visit, with check in/out times + location information.

Safety and Trust
Caregivers apply through a structured screening process before they ever see a visit request: identity, certification documents, references, and work eligibility are all verified. Credentials are tracked with expiry dates, and a Caregiver whose certification lapses won't match for it. A real human Care Coordinator is behind every match and every visit.
